Abstract
A case of aortic sinus aneurysm that simulated a calcified tumour of the right atrium is reported. The correct diagnosis was not made until an operation was undertaken. The causes of this type of aneurysm, and its diagnosis, are discussed briefly.
The study was made possible by Grants from the Swedish National Association against Heart and Chest Diseases.
