Abstract

Human (E†)-T-lymphocytes have multiple cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase activities, some of which are markedly inhibited by the chlorinated adenosine derivative 9-(3′,5′-dichloro-2′,3′,5′-trideoxy-β-D-rtreo-pentofuranosyl)adenine (DTA-35).
