Abstract
In the first article in this series U. Audiov. Media Med., 1979, 2, 64), the method of selecting a television system was discussed. This article, again aimed at medical auxiliaries with little or no experience of closed circuit television techniques, deals with planning and preparation for small team productions for domestic/in-house use. The recommendations given are based on the experience of a small team providing a television service for a medical school. The next article will deal with the various helical scan recorders currently available, time-base correctors and related equipment.
