Abstract

A problem concerned with the teaching of histology is outlined. Television is found to be useful as part of the strategy for dealing with the problem.

During recent months the Charing Cross Television Unit made twenty programmes to supplement the Department of Anatomy's histology course. The programmes were viewed by the students each week throughout the course and are now available for private study in the library.
