Abstract
In terms of conservation, the handling of motion picture films presents some special problems and we have therefore chosen to give this a separate place on our series of articles on the general theme. The author discusses some of these considerations in the light of experience gained while building up the East Anglian Film Archive on a limited budget over the past decade.
