Photography for litigation - a role for the medical photographer?

Pages 171-172 | Published online: 10 Jul 2009

Abstract

Litigation seems to be on the increase throughout British society. In some areas of medicine the risk of litigation has an important influence on the way people think and act. Sooner or later, if they have not done so already, and whether they like it or not, medical photographers will become involved. If they get involved by choice there will be financial advantages but, as in all things, there will also be responsibilities and obligations.
