Pages 82-85 | Published online: 10 Jul 2009

It deals with the effects of high air temperatures and high water temperatures as they relate to film exposure, processing and storage. It mentions the effect of tropical conditions on photographic equipment, and difficulties in obtaining materials because of distances from suppliers to delivery point, with reference to the author's experiences in Townsville, Queensland, Australia.
