Influence of Link Quality Control on Quality and Archiving of Electronic Nursing Records

Abstract

Objective. To study the influence of link quality control on the quality and archiving of electronic nursing records. Method. A total of 900 discharge electronic nursing records in the first half of 2012 and 900 discharge electronic nursing records in the first half of 2013, belonging to the nephrology department, were extracted and divided into group A and group B, of which group A adopted a traditional quality control management model of terminal electronic nursing records, group B adopted a quality control management model of terminal electronic nursing records after link quality control, and the changes in the archiving and returning status of the said two management modes of electronic nursing records were compared. Result. Through a comparison of the terminal electronic nursing records after link quality control with the traditional terminal electronic nursing records, it was shown that there was an obvious increase in the three-day archiving rate, a significant reduction in the file returning rate, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion. The terminal quality control after the link quality control can effectively improve the quality and the 3-day archiving rate of the electronic nursing records, also gives the nurses more time for nursing the patients, and can be valuable when applied and popularized.
