ABSTRACT
Complex Regional Pain Syndrome-1 (CRPS-1) is an underdiagnosed entity. Many of the patients seek help from specialties that do not recognize the syndrome. The diagnosis is attributed to malingering and psychology and this persists in the any countries, and causes added difficulty for patients.
CRPS, is a challenging and need a close interdisciplinary collaboration amongst the psychiatrist, psychologists, physical and occupational therapists, neurologists and pain medicine consultants to achieve optimal treatment effects.
