Pages 53-56 | Published online: 02 Jan 2015

Abstract

A preparation of gamma globulin was administered intravenously to 88 healthy subjects at 95 occasions in doses of 10–50 ml. In two instances the injection was discontinued because of increased pulse rate and blood pressure and increased respiratory frequency. In one case urticaria appeared after the injection. Otherwise no side effects of importance were observed.
