Summary
The paper reports 5 cases of rheumatoid disturbances of the cervical column accompanied by atlanto-epistrophical subluxation and a varying degree of clinical and radiological findings. In one case there are symptoms of medullary compression and in another probably attacks of insufficiency of the vertebral artery. The radiological criteria for rheumatoid changes of the cervical spine are given.

Les auteurs font un rapport sur 5 cas de troubles rhumatoïdes de la colonne cervicale accompagnés d'une subluxation atlanto-épistrophicale et un degré variable d'observations cliniques et radiologiques. Dans un cas ils ont constaté des symptômes de compression médullaire et dans un autre probablement des attaques d'insuffisance de l'artère vertébrale. Les critères radiologiques pour les altérations rhumatoïdes de l'épine cervicale sont donnés.
Zusammenfassung
Die Abhandlung berichtet über 5 Fällen von rheumatoiden Störungen der Columna cervicalis im Zusammenhang mit einer atlanto-epistrophischen Subluxation und einem verschiedenen Grad von klinischen und radiologischen Befunden. In einem Fall traten Symptome von medullärer Kompression auf und in einem anderen Fall wahrscheinlich Anfälle von Insuffizienz der Arteria cerebralis. Die radiologischen Kriteria für rheumatoide Veränderungen der Columna cervicalis sind vorhanden.
