Abstract
Jascourt and Raymond (1992; henceforth denoted by JR) raise som valid points regarding our paper “Chaos in Daisyworld” (Zeng et al., 1990; henceforth denoted by ZPE). However, much of their criticism is based on simple misunderstandings, and we welcome the opportunity to clarify these issues.
