Abstract

A 70-year-old Muslim Indian man was seen in his physician's office because of pain and swelling of the right knee. Apart from these findings, physical examination revealed only a hyperpigmented, hyperkeratotic, 4-cm lesion in the middle of his upper forehead. The patient reported that the lesion had been present for many years with no related symptoms.
