Abstract

We all dread hearing the word “dementia,” particularly because many people believe it is the same as “crazy.” In fact, dementia is a deterioration of the ability to think and remember clearly and to learn as quickly as we once did. Dementia has a number of causes and many symptoms. One of the most common and well-known causes is Alzheimer's disease.
