Does careful management of blood pressure make a difference in patients with diabetes? The answer is definitely yes, but the facts show that good blood pressure control is often overlooked or undervalued in these patients. The authors explain the risks associated with combined diabetes and hypertension and clarify the benefits of aggressive treatment.
