PREVIEW

Viruses are an important cause of pneumonia in patients whose immune systems have been weakened by conditions such as HIV infection, primary or acquired immunodeficiency disease, and neoplastic disease or by procedures such as chemotherapy, irradiation, and bone marrow or organ transplantation.
