Santrauka

Vadovaujantis fenomenologiniu požiūriu pagrįstais tyrimais vadybos mokslo srityje, galima sukurti prasmingus teorinius principus ir nurodymus, reikalingus vadybai tobulinti įvairiose jos srityse. Šiame darbe fenomenologinio požiūrio galimybės nagrinėjamos mediacijos institucionalizacijos proceso kūrimo metu kylančių problemų sprendimo kontekste. Nors šiame straipsnyje pristatomas specifinis Latvijos ekspertų patirties fenomenas, tačiau jam tirti taikoma metodologija ir rezultatais gali būti naudojamasi ir kitose šalyse formuojant supratimą ir sprendžiant mediacijos sistemos problemas.
