Abstract
Harmonics of the temporal series of the different environmental processes data are analysed in the range of 1 day to 10 000 years. Discrete variations of periods and ratios of periods and amplitudes are statistically outlined. The same principles of self-regulation and variations of micro- and macroworld are concluded. In both cases planetary systems and discrete spectra exist as well as constants, relating amplitudes and periods of variations. Helio-planetary rhythms consist of series of comparable resonant stabilized by the revolving planets and their satellites. The correlated anomalies of geophysical characteristics can have no interrelations and can have an external source of the same or different genesis.
