Sharing the Parenting After Separation: A 10-Year-Old’s Tips for Dealing With Difference1

Pages 277-280 | Published online: 18 Dec 2014

Abstract

Child-focused and child-inclusive practices in postseparation dispute processes are informed by the principle of the best interests of the child. A challenge for adults is to place trust in the wisdom of the child.
