Abstract

The Journal of Social Work Education is proud to introduce a special section of articles authored by former Council on Social Work Education Minority Fellowship Program scholars. These articles are contributions to the theme: "Expanding Knowledge and Competencies to Reflect Diversity." The special section is in honor of E. Aracelis Francis, director of the Minority Fellowship Program from 1986 to the present. Francis will retire in the summer of 2007. CSWE honors her for her outstanding service and commitment to social work education.
