Gloria Graves Holmes An associate professor and Program Chair of the Division of Education at Quinnipiac University. She has done extensive research on African American literature and culture and is a diversity trainer who works to promote cultural literacy in schools.

Susan Clarke is an associate professor in the Division of Education at Quinnipiac University. Before joining the faculty in the Master of Arts in Teaching Program, she taught English for 17 years at South Hadley High School in Massachusetts. Her research areas include first year teachers in urban schools and experienced teacher behaviors and knowledge.
