Abstract
A portable Raman spectrometer cannot complete homogeneity analysis of mixtures due to its low accuracy which limits the applications. Here a Raman sensing system based on a digital micromirror device (DMD) is presented. Combined with a digital micromirror, the fixed-focus measurement has been changed with high-frequency mobile measurements which expands the applications. Using fast scanning detection by the digital micromirror, the usual fixed focus (generally 50 μm diameter) is upgraded to high-speed surface scanning. The side length of the scanning rectangle may set according to the application or sample size. The point-by-point scanning function further improves the analysis of mixtures through multi-point measurement of samples in a specific area.
