ABSTRACT

Relentless attacks on Ukraine’s fuel facilities threaten energy security and raise the prices of all petroleum products. Manufacture of biodiesel from waste food and processing industries can meet some of the demand. Based on experimental and production studies, the main characteristics of fat-containing waste, particularly technical animal fat (TAF), are determined, and the technological aspects of the production of diesel biofuels from waste from food and processing industries are characterised. The hardware and technological configuration of the mobile plant for the production of biodiesel has been developed and its technical support is proposed.
