Abstract
In this paper, the problem of T-S fuzzy systems with mixed time delays is considered. A new Lyapunov function is designed by employing a switching idea, which depends on both integral variables and membership functions. Thus, the information of the time derivative of membership functions can also be used. Compared with the existing results without the information of membership function, the results in this paper are less conservative. Besides, the requirement of positive qualitative of match matrix in the Lyapunov function is also relaxed. Then, a switching controller is designed to guarantee the stability of the closed-loop system. At last, two examples are given to illustrate the feasibility and validity of the design and analysis.
