ABSTRACT

As a supply chain system, the development of cold chain depends on the progress of technology, involving many disciplines, science and technology, and the attention is increasing year by year. Therefore, this paper analyzes the number of published documents, literature cooperation network and literature co-occurrence network to the cold-chain by taking the example of the literature data of Web of Science core database in July, 2000 to 2019, combining with the research method, such as citation analysis of metrology, knowledge mapping method, co-occurrence analysis, etc., and with the help of CiteSpace knowledge mapping visualization software and database result analysis tool. The analysis result shows that the focus of each discipline is mainly on temperature control and food safety, and those two points are decisive factor in the success or failure of the cold chain industry, while the traceability of products is a new study developed in the background of scientific and technological level progress in recent years.
