DAVID P. VARADY, FAICP, a professor in the School of Planning at the University of Cincinnati, has authored six books, nine book chapters, 76 journal articles, and 89 book reviews on neighborhood development and housing. He has held visiting scholar positions at Delft University of Technology, the City of Helsinki, Rutgers University, the University of Glasgow, the National Association of Realtors, and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
