Ringa Raudla is Professor of Fiscal Governance at Ragnar Nurkse Department of Innovation and Governance, Tallinn University of Technology, Estonia. Her main research interests are fiscal policy, public budgeting, public management reforms, and institutional economics.
Matti Ylönen
Matti Ylönen is a permanent University Lecturer in World Politics at the University of Helsinki, Finland. He has published extensively on the political impact of consultants and other forms of corporate power in global political economy.
Hanna Kuusela
Hanna Kuusela is an Academy Research Fellow at Tampere University, working in the intersection of culture and economy. Much of her research focuses on élite dynamics. She has published widely on consultants, top earners and managerialization.
