Rhys Andrews

Rhys Andrews is Professor of Public Management in Cardiff Business School. His research interests are focused on strategic management and public service performance. He has published more than 120 journal articles and is the co-editor of ‘Corporatization of local government: context, experiences and perspectives from 19 countries’ (Palgrave, 2023) and ‘Public administration reforms in Europe: the view from the top’ (Edward Elgar, 2016).
