Abstract

A synthesis of 2,2′-((2,6-dimethyl-4-phenyl-1,4-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarbonyl)bis (hydrazin-2-yl-1-ylidene))bis(N-phenylpropanehydrazonoyl chloride) (3) and studying its examining its manufactured utilities as structure hinders for novel arrangement of bis-1,3,4-thiadiazole derivatives 6a–f, 9a,b, 11, and 12 in one stage technique with great yields by reaction with different hydrazinecarbodithioate derivatives 4a–f and 7a,b. The structure of the products was built up on various analytical and spectroscopic informations. In addition, biological assessment of the acquired compounds as antibacterial and antifungal agents was accomplished and the outcomes got investigating the high potency of some of the tested compounds compared with the employed standard bactericides and fungicides. Moreover, the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the tested compounds was determined and therefore the results obtained exploring the high efficiency of a number of the tested compounds against all the tested microorganisms.
