Abstract

In this article, the synthesis of a new thiazole derivative using a novel and economic synthetic route is described. This compound has antitumor, antimicrobial, and larvicidal properties. It is worth noting that the synthesized thiazole has been patented [No. US 10,501,426 B1; date of patent: December 10, 2019].
