Abstract
When derivatives of barbituric acid, tetra aromatic aldehyde bearing ether groups and malononitrile or Meldrum acid have one-pot three-component reactions, the analogous new poly pyranopyrimidine derivatives are formed as poly heterocyclic compounds. Deduction of the structures of the products was performed using their IR, 1H-NMR, and 13C-NMR spectroscopy along with CHN analysis. Besides, the synthesized heterocycles were also evaluated concerning their biological activities, including toxicity examination, anti-inflammatory effects, antioxidant activities, and anti-bacterial effects.
