ABSTRACT

Poverty, despite being an obvious violation of human rights, does not seem to be a matter of concern for those in the legal field. Considerations to be made with respect to the right to human dignity and the minimum wage make this matter one that is evidently part of the legal contents and, therefore, turn it into an issue upon which reflection -in legal terms- is required
