Gabrielle Bardall Ph.D. is a scholar-practitioner with over 20 years of experience supporting democracy in 60+ countries. She is the founder and principal of Herizon Democracy consulting and a non-residential fellow with the Center for Democracy and Technology, in Washington DC. She previously served as Vice President for External Relations at the Parliamentary Centre in Ottawa. She holds degrees from McGill University, Sciences-Po Paris and l’Université de Montreal.
