Chaitanya Shinkhede is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the Unitedworld School of Liberal Arts and Mass Communication, Karnavati University, Gandhinagar, Gujrat. His Ph.D. research is concerned with community radio sustainability. He has worked on an ICSSR research project investigating participatory development methods in cyberspaces. He prominently teaches radio production, development communication, and media sociology. His research area includes community radio, subaltern studies, and gender and community development.
