Kate has worked within the textile and heritage sectors for over twenty years, consulting for archives and historic institutions and regularly lectures to businesses and museums on historical textiles and commercial opportunities within their collections. Kate runs her own textile company, designing and producing her own ranges and in 2016. She co-founded the School of Textiles, Essex.
