Abstract

The complete phononic and photonic bandgap have been obtained which can manage the sound and TM polarized light waves through the forbidden band. The matrix is made of nylon and the inclusions are filled with molybdenum. The proposed phoxonic structure acts as a phononic and photonic demultiplexer which can separate four frequencies and wavelengths. This separation is done simultaneously without coupling between light and sound, or even without interfering and scattering. The proposed structure contains triangular ring resonators with significant advantages such as high transfer of sound and light waves from input to outputs with high quality factor.
