Abstract

In this study, we synthesized a self-photocurable intermediate by Michael addition reaction and synthesized a polyurethane acrylate oligomer. Photo-curable coatings were prepared by mixing the synthesized oligomer and HDDA/TMPEOTA ratio with a reactive diluent. The films were coated onto glass plates and base treatment metal plates using bar coaters with thicknesses of 120 μm and 30 μm, respectively. The mechanical properties increased with increasing crosslink density. The pencil hardness test was the best when the TMPEOTA content was 6 or 8 wt%, and the adhesion and banding test showed excellent physical properties when the TMPEOTA content was less than 10 wt%. MEK rubbing was all excellent.
