Effective utilization of residual cationization drain on dyeing of knit goods and stripping studies on cationized dyed samples

ABSTRACT

Majority of knit goods processed are dyed with reactive dyes. Cationization of cotton knits is one of the effective ways to dye cotton fabric without salt using reactive dye. The effective reuse of cationized bath was done with topping of CHPTAC and a topping of 15gpl led to matching of shade to that of control fabric. FT-IR and SEM characterization confirms the surface modification and Fastness tests have been performed for the stripping studies. No significant color difference is observed in terms of K/S, L* a* and b* values of stripped and redyed fabrics.

大部分加工的针织物都用活性染料染色. 棉织物阳离子化是利用活性染料对棉织物进行无盐染色的有效方法之一. 阳离子浴的有效再利用是通过CHPTAC打顶完成的,15gpl的打顶导致色度与对照织物的色度匹配. FT-IR和SEM表征证实,剥离研究中进行了表面改性和牢度测试. 在剥离和红色织物的K/S、L*a*和b*值方面,未观察到明显的色差.
