Toward smart shirt for sensing thermal comfort

ABSTRACT

Energy efficiency is one of the key aspects in energy transition, especially in building construction. One of the important things is also thermal comfort of the individuals. In this article, the design and the first results for the novel sensor device used to measure skin temperature are presented at two points used for purposes of estimating thermal comfort, a subjective feeling expressing the satisfaction with the thermal environment.
