ABSTRACT
Survey data were collected from 179 rural strategic decision-makers in Hunan Province, China. The results show that the emotional energy has a significant long-term impact on rural tourism enterprises. Emotional energy is based on group solidarity, and to further explore the rational realization mechanism of group unity, the Stackelberg model and the Shapley value are used to obtain the cooperative equilibrium solution and the optimal allocation mechanism between the subjects, aiming to providing a path to achieve group unity and ideas for improving the emotional energy of rural tourism companies.
