Abstract

More recent terrorist attacks have shifted, involving multiple locations. Serial terrorist attacks have increased recently, which requires the dispatch of various types of emergency resources in multiple locations. Based on serial terrorist attacks, this paper constructs a new resource scheduling model that considers influencing factors such as transportation time, cost, and resource availability. Subsequently, it applies particle swarm optimization combined with Cuckoo search (PSO-CS) algorithm to solve the resource scheduling process of multiple types and multiple classes. Through numerical tests and simulations using different locations, our solutions can more effectively address resource scheduling issues in cases of serial terrorist attacks.
