Harsh Mittal

Harsh Mittal received a Ph.D. in public policy from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. His doctoral research employed ethnography to examine policy processes enveloping the concept of smart cities in India. His other research interests include politics of policymaking on urban transport and environmental regulation of coal-fired power plants.
