Frederik Braüner
Frederik Braüner is a PhD student in Architecture at UC Berkeley, College of Environmental Design with a Designated Emphasis in European Studies. He holds a MA in Art History from University of Copenhagen and an MA in Architecture from the Royal Danish Academy. His ongoing PhD research investigates the architecture from the decades of Welfare Colonialism in the Arctic, looking into the social, cultural, and economic factors that influenced the immense waves of urban development and modernization that took place in the postwar years.
