Alice Whelan

Alice Whelan is a PhD candidate on the ERC DATAUNION project at the Faculty of Law and Criminology of Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Whelan is part of the Law, Science and Technology Studies research group. Whelan holds an MSc in International Politics from Leiden University and a BA in PPES from Trinity College Dublin. Her research examines the interoperability of PNR (Passenger Name Records) databases in the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice of the European Union.
