Abstract
This article reports a synthesis of mono-6-deoxy-6-aminopropylamino-β-cyclodextrin polymer (Pr-β-CD) functionalized with graphene oxide (GO-Pr-β-CD). The Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermo-gravimetric analysis, X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy, and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM) confirms the successful synthesis of GO-Pr-β-CD polymer material. The HR-TEM of GO- Pr-β-CD shows rose flower like structure with particle size 10 nm. The GO-Pr-β-CD material could find potential applications in biomedical and pharmaceutical fields.
