Abstract

Behçet’s disease is a multisystemic vasculitis with a vast array of clinical manifestations. Large vessel thrombosis and related thoracic complications are uncommon in Behçet’s disease. We report the case of a 24-year-old woman who was seen with a chylothorax that was due to a superior vena cava syndrome as the initial presentation of Behçet’s disease.
