Dielectric and D.C. Resistivity Studies of PBN: Ce³⁺ Oxide Ceramics

The trivalent rare earth doped lead barium niobate ceramic compositions were processed using conventional ceramic technique. The resistivity measurements as a function of temperature have been carried out and observed the anomalous resistivity behaviour. The dielectric constant with respect to temperature is also studied.
