Forming of Equilibrium and Non-Equilibrium Domain Walls in Ferroelastic Lead Orthophosphate

Abstract

As follows from the model of thin domain wall, two types of structural domains are formed in lead orthophosphate. It was shown that equilibrium domain walls divide domains of different type, and non-equilibrium domain walls divide domains of the same type.
