Abstract
Micro-Brillouin scattering and dielectric experiments were performed on PLZT-x/65/35 (x = 8.0, 9.0, 9.4, 10.0) relaxor ferroelectric ceramics in thermally depoled state. Local polarization with random orientation associated to polar nanoregions (PNRs) indeed appeared in these ceramics. A low temperature anomaly was observed in the dielectric constant showing clear aging character of PLZT relaxor ceramics.
