ABSTRACT
Dependence of the resistivity (ρ) of YBa2Cu3O7-δ ferroelastic ceramics on a cycle varying shear stress (σ) have been studied experimentally at room temperature. Obtained ρ(σ) loop has a shape of a “butterfly.” The analysis of ρ(σ) dependence shape revealed the relationship of the resistivity ρ with a concentration of elastic domain boundaries. Increasing of ρ with domain boundary concentration probably caused by charge carries scattering on domain boundaries and decreasing of their mobility.
